USA for IOM is governed by an accomplished Board of Directors who share a commitment to the goals and values of the International Organization for Migration (IOM). Their personal and professional experience with migration provides invaluable guidance for our policy, advocacy, fundraising, and programming activities.
Addressing the complexity of global migration challenges requires a diversity of perspectives and expertise. Our International Advisory Council introduces new voices from academia, business and beyond to engage with key US audiences and promote innovative cross-sector collaborations.
Our talented and tenacious team is dedicated supporting the work of IOM through partnerships with the US private sector.
Luca Dall’Oglio has served as CEO of USA for IOM since 2012. His long career supporting IOM’s global humanitarian work has made him passionate about the need for cross-sector partnerships to achieve the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
Before leading USA for IOM, Luca served as Special Envoy of the Director General of IOM and Chief of Mission for Haiti. He has also acted as Permanent Observer for the IOM to the United Nations in New York.
