Support the AVES Community Centers
AVES Community Centers are innovative hubs launched by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in 2023 to provide life-saving assistance and support long-term integration for migrants and vulnerable host communities in Ciudad Juárez and Tijuana, Mexico. Implemented with trusted local partners, AVES brings together more than 30 NGOs, government agencies, international organizations, and academic institutions to deliver coordinated, multi-sectoral support that goes beyond immediate aid.
Through AVES, migrants and host communities can access essential services including primary and mental health care, psychosocial support, education and workforce pathways, cultural and social integration activities, access to rights and anti-discrimination support, and volunteer-driven community engagement. This holistic approach strengthens local service systems while fostering inclusion, dignity, and resilience.
Your donation transforms urgent humanitarian needs into long-term opportunities, helping build healthier, stronger, and more inclusive communities for everyone.
