Dr. Bobbi Wegner is a psychologist, founder and CEO of Groops, Harvard lecturer, international speaker, author, and advisor whose work sits at the intersection of psychology, leadership, teams, and technology. At Groops, she is building the future of work by democratizing team psychology—combining human expertise with AI to enhance team cohesion and performance. She teaches courses at Harvard on team psychology, motivation, and coaching.
An internationally recognized speaker with three TEDx talks, Dr. Wegner has been featured in NPR, Psychology Today, and the Associated Press. She is a member of the Innovation Council at Boston College High School. Her work is driven by a core belief: human challenges need human solutions—and psychology, scaled through technology, provides the way forward.

Marshall D. Fitz

Marshall D. Fitz is a nationally recognized legal and policy expert specializing in immigration, human rights, and social justice. As Managing Director of Immigration at Emerson Collective, he leads strategic advocacy, research, communications, and partnerships to advance pragmatic migration policies and solutions at the international, federal, and local levels. He also serves as a Senior Fellow at the Center for American Progress and has held influential roles in both government advisory councils and presidential campaigns, helping shape immigration strategy and reform efforts.
Earlier in his career, Fitz directed immigration policy at the Center for American Progress and led advocacy at the American Immigration Lawyers Association, playing a key role in legislative campaigns and national coalition building. He holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law where he served on the Virginia Law Review and he clerked for the Honorable Bruce M. Selya on the U.S. Court of Appeals 1st Circuit.

Jonathan Fantini brings more than 15 years of experience leading mission-driven teams in finance and national security organizations across the public, private, and social sectors.
In the private sector, he currently leads Mastercard’s Center for Inclusive Growth portfolio across the United States, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean. He previously served as an associate partner at McKinsey & Company where he advised clients on organizational health and performance. In government, he launched and led a White House public-private economic development organization that raised $5.2 billion in foreign direct investments across emerging and frontier markets; served as chair of the energy committee of the Export-Import Bank of the United States; and held various roles in strategy and implementation.
The son of a first generation immigrant, Jonathan is a graduate of Harvard and Georgetown University and was awarded an Eisenhower Fellowship.
