Conflict across the Middle East is intensifying, forcing families to flee and straining already fragile communities. Across the region, more than 19 million people are already living in internal displacement due to conflict, violence, and disasters, according to IOM’s Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM). New waves of movement are emerging, increasing urgent humanitarian needs. 

IOM is on the ground, actively tracking displacement and scaling up operations in coordination with local authorities and partners to deliver life-saving assistance and protection wherever it is needed.
