Dr. Ranit Mishori is a physician leader with over 20 years of experience working at the intersection of medicine, public health, and human rights. She currently leads the Health and Safety Directorate at the World Bank Group, where she oversees strategic and operational initiatives, risk management, preparedness activities, and the delivery of integrated health and safety programs and services in more than 180 WBG office around the globe.
Dr. Mishori brings a social justice and human rights lens to all her professional pursuits. She holds an MSc in International Human Rights Law from the University of Oxford, an MHS in International Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and an MD from Georgetown University School of Medicine. She is the granddaughter of refugees on both sides of her family and an immigrant herself.

Dr. Bobbi Wegner is a psychologist, founder and CEO of Groops, Harvard lecturer, international speaker, author, and advisor whose work sits at the intersection of psychology, leadership, teams, and technology. At Groops, she is building the future of work by democratizing team psychology—combining human expertise with AI to enhance team cohesion and performance. She teaches courses at Harvard on team psychology, motivation, and coaching.
An internationally recognized speaker with three TEDx talks, Dr. Wegner has been featured in NPR, Psychology Today, and the Associated Press. She is a member of the Innovation Council at Boston College High School. Her work is driven by a core belief: human challenges need human solutions—and psychology, scaled through technology, provides the way forward.

Anne C. Richard

Anne C. Richard served as Assistant Secretary of State for Population, Refugees, and Migration from 2012 to 2017, as a VP of the International Rescue Committee, and as a Senior Adviser to Secretary Madeleine Albright on the international affairs budget. She has enjoyed fellowships from the Council on Foreign Relations and Robert Bosch Fdn., taught at universities, and has published opeds and academic articles. She is a graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Chicago.
Throughout her career, she has lead and managed international programs, with a strong focus on diplomacy and advocacy related to humanitarian, human rights, and development programs.
While on the USA for IOM board, she has chaired events and a film screening and represented USA for IOM in meetings with foundations and businesses.
