PHILIPPINES NEEDS YOUR HELP
IOM teams are currently navigating the debris of Typhoon Rai to assess the needs of survivors.
On December 16th, Typhoon Rai ripped through the Philippines, leaving devastation in its wake.
Violent winds reaching 230kph and torrential rainfall caused widespread flooding, power outages, and destroyed homes and infrastructure.
So far, 631,204 people have been displaced.
IOM teams are working with engineers and health professionals to construct temporary shelters and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Potable water, food, shelter, and electricity are among the most urgent humanitarian needs, especially on remote islands.
Give now to help those unable to return home!
